The Yahalom Foundation is anchored as a warm and empowering community. It welcomes combat support, both those of active, and reserves, all rooted in the values of team spirit, brotherhood of arms, and unwavering commitment, components that define the unit’s core values. We provide:

● Ongoing support for bereaved families — emotional support, personal guidance, and a lasting connection to the unit community.

● Assistance and empowerment for wounded soldiers.

● Support for those coping with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

● Continuous building—forming events and activities for soldiers and former soldiers (both active and reservists), including heritage evenings and special workshops.

● Community support and participation pools for lone soldiers and newly released reservists, helping them transition and reintegrate.

● Professional and occupational development and civilian integration support, including resume writing, active-economy lectures and workshops, occupational mentoring, job-exploring, development, and more.

● A business network and professional community: We collaborate, open doors, and build a strong professional community.

● Academic scholarships.

● Social support for Israeli society, especially in underserved areas and Gaza-envelope towns: enhancing community resilience, emergency assistance, and educational initiatives.

● Pre-recruitment activities, by documenting combat and detachment experiences, producing educational materials, and connecting younger generations to the unit’s values.
