Welcome to the website of Yahalom Foundation, RA No. 580602712 (“the Foundation”), operated by the Foundation ("the Website").
"The Website" refers, among other things, to templates, products, tools, features, software, programs, code, technology, plug-ins, graphics, audiovisual content, components, services, upgrades, updates, and all related applications, whether currently available or offered in the future from time to time, as well as all content pages and/or URLs included under the domain addresshttps://yahalomfoundation.com.
"The Foundation" is a registered nonprofit organization that works on behalf of the veterans of the Yahalom Unit ("the Unit"), the bereaved families of fallen unit members, and those injured while serving in the unit, all as detailed in the Foundation's articles of incorporation, as amended from time to time.
Terms of Use of the Website
Acceptance; Modifications
- The Website is intended for members of the Yahalom Unit and its veterans who are also members of the Foundation ("Members"), to provide ongoing information and updates about the Foundation's various activities, as well as details regarding benefits to which Members are entitled, and any other relevant information as may be determined from time to time by the Foundation. It also serves as a platform for delivering updates and maintaining contact with Members.
- For the purpose of this Terms of Use section, the term "User" and/or "you," in all its forms, shall be deemed to apply to both Members and any other user and/or visitor to the Website.
- These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a binding and legally enforceable agreement between you and the Foundation.
- The Terms shall apply to any browsing, access, and/or use of the Website. Use of the Website is subject to your review and acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please immediately cease using the Website and the services offered on it. Use of the Website will constitute unconditional acceptance of the Terms, as amended from time to time, and shall be considered evidence of such acceptance.
- Please read these Terms carefully from time to time, as they may be amended without prior notice. The effective date of any changes shall be the date the updated version of the Terms is first published on the Website, and any actions taken on the Website thereafter shall be subject to the updated Terms.
- All rights to the Website and its content, as defined below, are reserved to the Foundation. "Content" means any content found on the Website, including but not limited to videos, text, logos, icon buttons, images, data compilations, links, other special content, documentation, data, related graphics, and other features ("Content").
- The content available on the Website does not constitute an offer to sell or an encouragement to make an offer to purchase any services and/or products. Without derogating from the above, the Foundation bears no responsibility for any service and/or content and is not a party to any transaction between the User and any third party, whether related to the Website or not.
- It is clarified that you are under no obligation to use the Website and/or provide any information, including personal information, through it and/or to accept these Terms. However, if you choose not to use the Website and/or not to provide such information, and if you are a Member of the Foundation, you will not be able to enjoy the benefits offered exclusively to Members through the Website.
- The User declares and warrants that they are at least 18 years old and acknowledges that use of the Website is permitted only from the age of 18.
- The Foundation, at its sole discretion, may modify and/or discontinue the operation of the Website or parts thereof at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. It may also restrict access to the Website, in whole or in part, including for the purpose of maintenance or service improvements. Such changes may result in malfunctions. The User shall have no claim, demand, and/or suit against the Foundation and/or anyone on its behalf due to such changes and/or any malfunctions occurring as a result.
Use of the Website
- To access the member-only services in the personal area of the Website, Members must create a user account and provide certain information, including identifying and contact details, to verify their membership in the Foundation. Members understand and agree that all such information provided for the purpose of account creation and use of the personal area, as well as any additional information provided or collected through use of the Website, will be subject to the Website’s Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the user account and all related permissions are personal and non-transferable. Members may not assign, transfer, or share account access.
- Although the Foundation takes reasonable steps to protect user data, it cannot guarantee complete protection from data exposure, including incidents resulting from malware or cyberattacks. Accordingly, the Foundation shall not be liable for any damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, resulting from such exposure.
- The user acknowledges that all rights granted herein are non-exclusive. Any use of content and/or services offered or made available through the Website is subject to the following conditions:
- Regardless of any other provision in these Terms, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding your use of the Website. Access to the Website does not imply or constitute authorization by the Foundation that your use complies with applicable laws.
- In addition, you must follow all Website usage guidelines as published by the Foundation from time to time and are responsible for staying up to date with them.
- You agree not to: (1) Browse, access, process, scan, or use the Website through automated tools or software designed to collect data or mimic human behavior (e.g., bots or crawlers); (2) Manipulate the Website’s URL or gain unauthorized access to internal pages not directly linked by the Foundation (including but not limited to URL hacking); (3) Transmit or otherwise make available any worms, viruses, Trojan horses, spyware, web bugs, or other malicious software intended to harm Website functionality; (4) Take any action that may violate copyrights and/or intellectual property rights of the Foundation or any other rights holder; (5) Promote commercial messages, copy, transfer, reverse-engineer, alter, create derivative works, republish, scrape, disassemble, or mine any algorithm, code, syntax, content, or component of the Website, or engage in data harvesting related to the Website or its users (via software, identity theft, impersonation, or other methods) and/or impersonate another person or entity, hold multiple accounts, or otherwise misrepresent your identity; (6) Use or interact with Website content in ways that violate these Terms or any testing policies; (7) Violate laws, regulations, or official directives that may harm other users or the general public, or that may reasonably be considered offensive to individuals or groups, including but not limited to the transmission of sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic material; (8) Intimidate, threaten, harass, or abuse anyone in any manner; (9) Steal or attempt to steal passwords or other personal information from other users; (10) Distribute, publish, or otherwise use (or encourage the use of) illegal, explicit, offensive, racist, defamatory, derogatory, or abusive content, or any content violating privacy, defamation, or intellectual property laws; (11) Rent, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your user account; (12) Violate any of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any other usage policies issued by the Foundation from time to time.
- Without limiting any other rights granted to it, if the Foundation suspects that use of the Website violates these Terms or any applicable law, it may monitor user activity (including via third parties), restrict or block access to the Website, and take any action it deems appropriate to protect the Foundation’s property or rights, including those of its representatives.
External Links
- You understand that the Website may contain external links to third-party websites, content, and services ("External Content"). However, the Foundation has no control over the content of such External Content, the order in which it appears, or its accuracy, and the Foundation is not a party to any transaction arising from such External Content (if applicable). These external components may also collect personally identifiable information from the user. The Foundation is not responsible and shall bear no liability in connection with the External Content and/or the user's use of such External Content. The Foundation makes no commitment or guarantee that access to, browsing of, and/or interaction with any External Content will be secure, nor that the owners or operators of such External Content have implemented any security or protective measures. (For example, the Foundation cannot verify, and does not commit to or take responsibility for, ensuring that the External Content is free from errors, malware, spyware, phishing attempts, Trojan horses, data mining, data harvesting, or similar threats.) Use of any External Content is at the user's sole responsibility and risk. It is recommended that users verify the source of any External Content before accessing or otherwise engaging with it, and to review the applicable terms of use and privacy policy of such External Content. For the avoidance of doubt, the privacy policy outlined below does not cover the data collection practices or privacy policies of External Content or any third party.
- Without derogating from the above, it is clarified that the Foundation is not a party to any engagement or agreement that may arise between the user and any third party as a result of using the Website and/or in general.
Content and Ownership
- All rights, title, and ownership in and to the services and/or content offered on or in connection with the Website, including all materials protected by copyright or any other content subject to or potentially subject to intellectual property rights under any law, such as artistic works, graphics, images, website templates and widgets, literary works, source and object code, computer code (including HTML), applications, audio, music, video and other media, designs, animations, interfaces, methods, products, algorithms, data, components and interactive objects, advertising and marketing tools and methods, inventions, trade secrets, logos, customized URL domains, service marks, trade names, and other proprietary identifiers, whether registered, unregistered, or eligible for registration, and any derivatives thereof, are the property of the Foundation and/or licensed to the Foundation ("Proprietary Content"). Where the Foundation holds a license to Proprietary Content, such content may be subject to additional restrictions imposed by its owner.
- The user agrees not to remove or delete any notices, limitations, or markings concerning copyrights or proprietary rights of the Foundation or its licensors, including symbols such as [©] or [™] included in or attached to content on the Website.
- It is hereby clarified that these Terms of Use do not grant any right or ownership in the intellectual property of the Foundation and/or any party acting on its behalf (or any part thereof), including, but not limited to, the Proprietary Content. These Terms do not constitute a transfer or waiver of any of the Foundation’s intellectual property rights under applicable law.
Limited Representations
- Although the Foundation takes reasonable and accepted measures to secure and protect user information, including in relation to user access to the Website, the Foundation cannot guarantee complete protection, including against exposure resulting from malicious acts. The Foundation shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damage incurred by the user as a result of such exposure of account content or information related to the user’s access. The Foundation recommends that users implement appropriate protections for the digital devices they use to access the Website, such as maintaining up-to-date antivirus, anti-malware, and anti-phishing software.
- The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Foundation expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing: (1) the Foundation does not warrant that the Website or the content and/or services contained therein will meet the user’s requirements, or that they will be uninterrupted, continuous, timely, secure, accurate, correct, complete, or available, including, but not limited to, in connection with errors, bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or any other type of malware, server uptime and/or downtime (including interruptions or suspensions of any information received and/or transmitted in connection with use of the Website), server security measures, content uploaded by other users and/or by the user (including any personal, financial and/or other information), or any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Website, or in connection with any breach by any user (including the user) of these Terms; (2) the Foundation does not endorse or approve any content provided by any party other than the Foundation and assumes no responsibility in this regard; (3) the Foundation makes no representations or warranties with respect to the use of this Website or its content as to its correctness, completeness, availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability or the services offered through it for any particular purpose, or the absence of viruses or other harmful components, or non-infringement of third-party rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights and/or violation of privacy laws and/or any other violation or offense), or otherwise. The above shall not derogate from any other limitation of liability set forth in these Terms or in any other document related to the pilot.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Foundation shall not be liable to the user and/or any third party, whether in contract, tort, or under any other legal theory, for any damage and/or loss and/or harm of any kind—direct or indirect, consequential, incidental, financial, physical or otherwise—including but not limited to direct loss, loss of profits, loss of workdays, business loss, injuries, harm, illnesses, physical limitations of any kind, loss of opportunity, loss of data, damage to device(s), systems or data programs, or any other indirect or consequential damage, whether in contract or tort, even if the Foundation or its providers have been informed of or were aware of the possibility of such damages occurring, and whether such damage arises from or is related to: (1) the use of or inability to use the Website or any part thereof or the services offered therein, or reliance on information appearing on the Website or in links accessed through it, whether or not such issues are within the Foundation's control (such as communication failures resulting from acts, omissions, or negligence of internet or communication providers), including, but not limited to, inaccuracies or errors in information due to access to the site, including damages caused by accessing, browsing, or using the Website, or by downloading information from it; (2) any act or omission related to these Terms; (3) statements or conduct of the user or any third party, including but not limited to uploads of any kind; (4) actions carried out on the site by any third party, including such actions using the user's login credentials. Without derogating from the generality of the above, the Foundation shall not be liable, and the user releases it from any liability, for any damage caused by viruses, worms, and/or other malware that may affect the user or any third party during or in connection with the use of the Website, for any reason whatsoever. In any case, and without derogating from the above, the user understands and agrees that any claim against the Foundation shall be limited to the amount paid, if any, for the use of or in connection with the Website.
- The user shall indemnify the Foundation, including its Executive Committee, office holders, employees, service providers, and/or affiliated companies (collectively, the "Indemnitees"), for any claims, losses, and/or damages resulting from the user's use of, access to, or reliance on user content, or from third-party claims or complaints arising from a breach of these Terms or in connection therewith, upon first demand by the Indemnitees.
Governing Law; Waiver of Class Action
- Subject to applicable law, all disputes between the Foundation and the user shall be resolved solely on an individual basis, and the user shall have no right to file any claim against the Foundation as a plaintiff or member of a class, in consolidated actions, class actions, or any other legal proceedings conducted by a group or representatives on behalf of others.
- The laws of the State of Israel shall govern these Terms and/or any use of the Website by the user, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising therefrom. Both parties acknowledge this forum as appropriate and not unreasonably burdensome to either party.
- The user may not assign any rights and/or obligations they may have under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Foundation. The Foundation may freely assign any of its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Termination
- The user may terminate their relationship with the Foundation in connection with the use of the Website at any time by deleting their account, if applicable, or by ceasing to browse the Website.
- The Foundation may, at any time, terminate its relationship with the user. In the case of Foundation members, such termination may be effected by providing notice to the contact details provided when the account was created. With respect to any other user who is not a Foundation member, it is clarified that the Foundation is under no obligation to contact such user for any reason and may do so at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, any breach by the user of these Terms, and/or the user's failure (whether explicit where required, or implied) to agree to any amendment thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Terms in effect as of the date of such termination shall remain applicable with respect to the user’s use of the Website until the date of termination, and the provisions of Sections 13–22, as well as any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive the termination of the relationship, shall remain in effect following such termination, regardless of the reason for or the party initiating the termination.

General
- If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable and/or unlawful for any reason, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining Terms shall continue to apply and remain in full force and effect. The Foundation’s waiver of enforcement of any particular provision or provisions of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver in any other instances and shall not affect the validity of any other provision in this document or any of the Foundation’s rights under these Terms.

- Foundation Name: Yahalom Foundation.

- Foundation Objectives:
- Yahalom Foundation shall act for the benefit of the soldiers of the Yahalom Unit, for the benefit of the unit’s veterans in their civilian lives, and for the benefit of Israeli society at large.
- Yahalom Foundation shall work to develop the unit’s heritage, commemorate the unit’s fallen, and strengthen ties with their families.
- Yahalom Foundation shall work to strengthen the relationship between the unit’s veterans and the unit itself by holding joint events and providing regular updates to the Foundation’s members. It will also promote stronger ties among the veterans themselves, with the goal of encouraging collaboration in employment matters and the advancement of joint initiatives.
- Yahalom Foundation will promote social involvement among the unit’s veterans by initiating community projects, inviting veterans and members to participate in selected initiatives, and collaborating with various nonprofit organizations.
- Foundation Powers:
In order to promote its objectives, the Foundation is authorized to take the following actions:
- Acquire, purchase, lease, rent, and receive into its possession or use, whether as a gift or in any other manner, and under agreed terms, real estate, movable property, intellectual property, and rights of any kind.
- Sell, transfer, lease, grant as a gift, or otherwise dispose of its assets or any part thereof; mortgage and pledge its assets, in whole or in part, in any manner, in order to secure the obligations or debts of the Foundation.
- Borrow funds and obtain financing in any lawful manner, solely for the purpose of obtaining bridge financing, based on the opinions of professional bodies.
- Enter into agreements, contracts, and undertakings, including bills of exchange and cheques.
- Initiate educational or organizational activities that contribute to the implementation of the Foundation’s objectives, whether by providing tickets, memberships, publications, or study and research scholarships, or in any other manner approved by the Foundation’s authorized bodies.
- Invest the funds available to it in any manner it deems beneficial, appropriate, and necessary, and for this purpose open accounts of various types.
- Establish companies, funds, or enterprises, or participate in their establishment, all in order to promote the objectives set by the Foundation as stated above.
- Establish, organize, and manage chapters outside Israel, which will act to advance the objectives of the Foundation.Enter into relations with individuals, institutions, organizations, enterprises, clubs, and any other entity.

- Exercise all its powers and perform any legal act, initiate and carry out any other action, in Israel or abroad, all for the purpose of promoting the Foundation’s objectives
Section A: Membership
1. Admission of Members
- The founders of the Foundation are members from the date of the Foundation’s registration in the Register of Associations.
- The following individuals may, subject to the provisions of these Bylaws, apply to become members of the Foundation (“Candidate”):
- Any person who served in the Yahalom Unit as an operator or in a combat-support role.
- Families of fallen soldiers of the Yahalom Unit (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents of the fallen).
- The decision whether to accept or reject a Candidate as a member of the Foundation shall be made by the Executive Committee. If the Executive Committee refuses to accept the Candidate, the Candidate may appeal the refusal at the next General Assembly.
- The Executive Committee may condition membership in the Foundation on the payment of membership fees, which it may set and amend from time to time, as it sees fit.
2. Honorary Members
- The Executive Committee may grant any individual or institution honorary membership in the Foundation as a token of appreciation for their contribution to advancing the objectives of the Foundation.
- An honorary member shall not be required to pay membership fees; however, they shall have no right to vote in the Foundation’s institutions unless they request to be accepted as a full member and are duly accepted as such by the Executive Committee.
- Honorary membership may be revoked in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 8(c) below.
3. Member Rights and Obligations:
- A Foundation member is entitled to participate and vote in any General Assembly and shall have one vote in each ballot; they are entitled to elect and be elected to the Executive Committee or to the Audit Committee.
- A Foundation member is entitled to participate in the Foundation’s activities and benefit from its services.
- A Foundation member must pay membership fees as determined by the Executive Committee.
- The termination of membership in the Foundation does not release the member from settling any payments owed to the Foundation on the date of termination for the period up to such termination.
4. Termination of Membership
- Membership in the Foundation shall cease:
- Upon the death of the member, and in the case of a corporate member – upon its dissolution;
- Upon resignation from the Foundation; a written notice of resignation shall be submitted to the Executive Committee at least thirty days in advance;
- Upon expulsion from the Foundation.
5. The General Assembly may, upon the recommendation of the Executive Committee, decide to expel a member from the Foundation for one of the following reasons:
- The member has not paid amounts owed to the Foundation;
- The member has not complied with the provisions of the Bylaws or a resolution of the General Assembly;
- The member acts contrary to the objectives of the Foundation;
- The member has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
6. The Executive Committee may decide to expel an honorary member from the Foundation
7. The Executive committee shall not propose to the General Assembly to expel a member unless the member has been given a reasonable opportunity to present their case before it, and shall not propose expulsion for the reasons stated in sub-regulations (b)(1), (2), or (3) unless the member has first been warned and given a reasonable time to correct the matter.
8. Notices to a Member
- Any invitation, demand, warning, or other notice from the Foundation to a member shall be given by telephone or in writing, delivered by hand, or sent by regular mail or by email to the address (or email address, as applicable) recorded in the members’ register. Upon the member’s written request, the Foundation shall update the member’s address in the register.
- A notice may also be sent by email, facsimile, or any other method as determined by the Executive Committee
Section B: The General Assembly
1. Time and Place
The General Assembly shall be convened once every calendar year, on the day, at the hour, and in the place determined by the Executive Committee.
2. Invitation
The General Assembly shall be convened by notice given to all members at least ten days in advance, stating the day, hour, place, and agenda of the meeting.
3. Functions of a Regular General Assembly
The Regular General Assembly shall hear reports on the activities of the Executive Committee and of the Audit Committee, discuss them and the financial report submitted by the Executive Committee, decide on their approval, and elect the Executive Committee and the Audit Committee.
4. Quorum
- The General Assembly shall not open unless at least one-quarter of the Foundation’s members are present. If this quorum is present at the opening of the meeting, it may continue its deliberations and make decisions even if the number of participants decreases.
- If the required quorum is not reached within one hour of the time stated in the invitation, the General Assembly shall nevertheless take place, and its decisions shall be valid regardless of the number of participants present
5. Chairperson and Secretary
The General Assembly shall elect, from among the members of the Foundation, a chairperson and a secretary for the meeting.
6. Decisions
- Decisions of the General Assembly shall be adopted by a majority of votes cast, unless the law or these bylaws require a different majority. In the event of a tie, the chairperson of the meeting shall have the casting vote
- Voting at any General Assembly shall be by a show of hands, unless at least three-quarters of the members demand a secret ballot.
- In any case of a show-of-hands vote, the statement of the chairperson of the meeting, recorded in the minutes and signed by them, shall constitute conclusive evidence of the number of votes counted for or against a resolution.
- A secret ballot shall be conducted in the manner determined by the chairperson.
- Every decision of the General Assembly shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting and signed by the chairperson.
7. Minutes
The secretary of the General Assembly shall keep the minutes of the meeting.
Section C: The Executive Committee
1. Number of Members
The number of Executive Committee members shall be determined by resolution of the General Assembly and shall not be fewer than two.
2. Term of Office
- The Executive Committee shall serve from its election at the General Assembly until another Executive Committee is elected by a subsequent General Assembly; outgoing members may be re-elected.
- A member of the Executive Committee may resign at any time by written notice to the Committee. A member shall cease to serve if declared legally incompetent or bankrupt.
- The term of the Executive Committee shall be limited to four years. Accordingly, elections for the Executive Committee of the Foundation shall be held at least once every four years.
3. Filling Vacancies
- If the position of an Executive Committee member becomes vacant, the remaining members (or the sole remaining member) may appoint another member of the Foundation to serve on the Executive Committee until the next General Assembly; until such appointment is made, the remaining member(s) may continue to act as the Executive Committee.
- If an Executive Committee member is temporarily unable to perform their duties, the remaining member(s) may appoint another member of the Foundation to serve in their place until they resume their duties.
- The General Assembly may remove an Executive Committee member at any time by ordinary vote, provided the matter was included on the agenda and the member was given an opportunity to present their position before the Assembly.
- If the position of the Chairperson of the Executive Committee becomes vacant, the Committee shall elect a new Chairperson in their place.
4. Executive Committee Meetings
The Committee may determine on its own the schedule of its meetings, the manner in which they are convened, the quorum required, and how they are conducted.
- The Chairperson of the Committee shall determine the dates for convening the Committee and the topics for discussion, in accordance with their duties and powers, as well as the procedures for conducting the meetings, to the extent these are not determined in these Bylaws.
- The Chairperson shall preside over the Committee meetings and report on them, and on the ongoing activities of the Committee, to the General Assembly.
- The Chairperson shall keep the minutes of the Committee meetings, which shall be signed by them.
- In the absence of the Chairperson, the meeting shall be chaired by another Committee member chosen by the members present.
- The Committee shall convene upon the invitation of its Chairperson or at the request of two Committee members.
- The legal quorum for Committee meetings shall be at least two Committee members.
- The Committee shall be authorized to carry out, on behalf of the Foundation, all actions within its powers, except for those reserved by these Bylaws for the General Assembly.
5. Decisions
- Committee decisions shall be made by a majority of votes cast; if the votes are tied, the Chairperson shall have a casting vote. A unanimous decision of all Committee members may be adopted even without holding a Committee meeting.
- A written decision signed by all members of the Committee shall be deemed as having been lawfully adopted in a duly convened Committee meeting, and shall be binding upon the Foundation for all purposes. Such signatures may be collected on separate pages, by facsimile, by scanned document, or in any other manner.
6. Minutes
The Committee shall maintain minutes of its meetings and decisions.
7. Right of Representation
The Committee shall authorize at least two members of the Foundation and/or its employees, whose joint signatures together with the Foundation’s stamp shall bind the Foundation.
8. Subcommittees
- The Committee may appoint subcommittees as it deems necessary, and may select their members from among the members of the Foundation. It may also appoint members who are not members of the Foundation. The subcommittees shall operate and act in accordance with the instructions given from time to time by the Committee.
- Decisions of the subcommittees shall require the Committee’s approval.
- Subcommittees that are not composed solely of Committee members may only make recommendations to the Committee and may not decide on matters relating to the management of the Foundation.
- The Executive Committee may decide to remove a member from a subcommittee, as well as to terminate the subcommittee’s activities.
Section D: Audit Committee
- Applicability of Provisions
The provisions of Regulations 17 to 22 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the Audit Committee.
Article E: Branches
1. Establishment and Organization of Branches
The Foundation may, by resolution of the General Assembly, establish branches and determine their organization and procedures for managing their affairs
Article F: Assets Upon Dissolution
1. Transfer of Surplus Assets
If the Foundation is dissolved, and after all its debts have been paid in full, any remaining assets shall be transferred to another public institution with similar purposes, as defined in Section 9(2) of the Income Tax Ordinance, and shall not be distributed among its members.
Article G: Miscellaneous
- The assets and income of the Foundation shall be used solely for its purposes, and the distribution of profits or any form of benefit, in any way whatsoever, among its members is prohibited.
