For the Community
Rebuilding the Gaza Envelope
Project Goal
Organizing agricultural volunteer days and engaging veterans in the long-term rehabilitation of the Gaza Envelope.
About the Project
Yahalom operators were on the ground before October 7, defending the communities of the Gaza Envelope. On that horrific day, we lost five of our soldiers and veterans. Since the war began, our people have been fighting bravely in the Swords of Iron War to restore peace to the region. As a foundation, we are committed to being there in the future as well – helping to rebuild the towns, villages and kibbutzim, and supporting the return of evacuated communities to everyday life. As part of this project, the foundation will arrange volunteer days in agriculture and involve veterans in long-term rehabilitation efforts in the Gaza Envelope and support displaced communities.
